Origional Tri Gate Dragon card using Cricut Pagoda

Hello everyone—hope this finds you well and ready for the weekend! I know I am. I will be landing this morning at DFW about 9:30 after a very long flight from India to Chicago where I changed planes for my final leg home! Oh to sleep in my own bed!

I have an original tri gate fold card that I designed. The two ends open like a traditional gate fold and the center opens up. The large dragon holds the gates in place and I had to use my favorite metallic paper and the Asian Cuttlebug folders on this one as well.

Asian Tea Box using Cricut Pagoda and Asian Cuttlebug Folders

Today I have an altered item. I wrapped this box with a simple paper, used metalic paper and sent it through the Cuttlebug. I had to do it twice once for each end due to the length of the box. I wrapped the ribbon around the box, tied the bow, and then attached the bow to the box.

I cut the card from the Pagoda Cartridge and added a bit of the metalic paper embossed with the Asian folder with the fish and water swirls. I placed it so the water swirl was in the pot so it all tied together.

I am actually going to buy some teas and put them in the box--thought this would be perfect! Tea anyone!
Have a great one!

You used Cricut Pagoda on that card??????

Well--it's Monday once again and I am now in Delhi--on my way to the home of Gandhi for the day. So while I am away I have been featuring the Cricut Pagoda Cartridge and some of the Asian bundle Cuddlebug folders. Today's card may suprise you but I used both of them here as well--
I used the beautiful papers for SEI (Claire collection) on this one. I took that mocha steel shimmer solid and used the Blossoms embossing folder for one of the background layers. I used the same solid shimmer paper in a pink tone (double sided with two colors) and a bit of glimmer white to cute the cherry blossom bundle out in all three layers--blackout, shadow, and regular. Once I had them layered I used Viva glitter glue in the flower centers. The sentiment is also from the collection of chipboard pcs. This card does not open, so I call it my postcard style. Here are some pictures.

Have a great one-
Bryan
